Du kannst dein Konto direkt in der App löschen oder die Löschung per E-Mail beantragen.

Diese Seite gilt für die App Soap der Soap Network GmbH. Es gibt zwei Wege:
Zur Sicherheit bestätigst du die Löschung mit deinem aktuellen Passwort. Hast du dich mit Apple angemeldet, bestätigst du sie mit Apple.
Bist du letzte:r Owner einer Community, übertrage sie vorher an ein anderes Mitglied oder schließe sie. Andernfalls lässt sich das Konto nicht löschen.
Findest du die Funktion in der App nicht oder kannst du dich nicht mehr anmelden, beantrage die Löschung per E-Mail:
Nenne darin deine Soap-ID, damit wir dein Konto zuordnen können.
Damit niemand ein fremdes Konto löschen lassen kann, verlangt Soap vor der Löschung gegebenenfalls eine Prüfung deiner Identität. In der App ist das die Bestätigung mit Passwort oder Apple; bei einer Anfrage per E-Mail können wir dich um einen Nachweis bitten, dass das Konto dir gehört.
Nach erfolgreicher Verifikation werden dein Konto und die zugehörigen personenbezogenen Daten gelöscht. Dazu gehören dein Profil und deine Telefonnummer, deine Kontakte und Anfragen, deine Tags und Mitgliedschaften, deine Events samt allen Einladungen, deine Kurztrips, deine Blockierungen sowie dein Profilbild und deine Event-Bilder. Die Löschung ist endgültig; ein gelöschtes Konto lässt sich nicht wiederherstellen.
Meldungen, Moderationsentscheidungen und Sanktionen bleiben zum Schutz der übrigen Nutzer:innen erhalten, allerdings ohne Bezug zu deinem Konto. Daten, die wir aufgrund gesetzlicher Aufbewahrungspflichten weiter speichern müssen, können für die jeweils vorgeschriebene Dauer aufbewahrt werden. Einzelne Nachweise können außerdem aufbewahrt werden, soweit zwingende Sicherheitsgründe oder berechtigte Gründe dies erfordern.
E-Mails an uns sind von der Kontolöschung nicht betroffen. Das gilt auch für deinen Löschantrag. Wir löschen sie, sobald sie für die Bearbeitung und berechtigte Nachverfolgung nicht mehr erforderlich sind.

This page applies to the Soap app by Soap Network GmbH. There are two ways:
For your security, you confirm the deletion with your current password. If you signed in with Apple, you confirm it with Apple.
If you are the last owner of a community, transfer it to another member or close it first. Otherwise the account cannot be deleted.
If you can’t find the option in the app or can no longer sign in, request deletion by email:
Please include your Soap ID so we can identify your account.
To make sure no one can have someone else’s account deleted, Soap may ask you to verify your identity before the deletion. In the app, this is the confirmation with your password or Apple; for a request by email, we may ask you to show that the account belongs to you.
After successful verification, your account and the associated personal data are deleted. This includes your profile and phone number, your contacts and requests, your tags and memberships, your events including every invitation, your trips, your blocks, and your profile picture and event pictures. Deletion is permanent; a deleted account cannot be restored.
Reports, moderation decisions and sanctions are kept to protect other users, but they are no longer linked to your account. Data that we must keep due to legal retention obligations may be retained for the period required by law. Individual records may also be kept where compelling security reasons or legitimate grounds require it.
Emails to us are not affected by the account deletion. That includes your deletion request. We delete them once they are no longer needed for handling and legitimate follow-up.
